Event Sponsorship Program

The Event Sponsorship Program allows local chapters to influence and become involved with the State Leadership Conference and the State Officer Team by supporting our state’s best at the National Leadership Conference. But, Kansas FBLA’s brightest cannot succeed without the support of your chapter.

1.) Your adviser(s) and chapter officers will read through the Event Sponsorship Program. This includes looking at the list on the right of national events to be sponsored at the 2008 Kansas FBLA State Leadership Conference.

2.) Brainstorm local businesspersons and active community leaders your chapter has a relationship with and businesses or citizens you would like to work with in the upcoming year.
NOTE - Businesses may sponsor an event with a $100 tax-deductible donation to send the top single placer to Nationals OR a $200 donation for both 1st and 2nd place winners. Team Events also have the potential for multiple sponsors. Businesses will be given a FREE Professional Division membership and have their logos projected on the big screen during the awards ceremony. A spokesperson will also be invited to present their sponsored event during the ceremony.

3.) List complete business contact information on the enclosed submission form and mail or email them by the deadline of January 18 to:

4.) Upon receiving the information, the Event Sponsorship Committee will send information to the contacts your school submitted and will work with your school to recruit these companies as business partners.
